Motivation Problems

Motivation problems can sometimes be attributed to depression (link to depression tab at top). Lack of motivation, helplessness and hopelessness are symptoms of depression. Motivation can also be linked to Procrastination, which is the conscious delay of an activity that must be done and for which avoidance has a consequence. There are many reasons for procrastination ranging from lack of attention to avoidance of an emotionally uncomfortable or unpleasant task. Often, this behavior becomes a habit which occurs without thinking.

I have developed a unique program to identify the causes of procrastination and ways to correct those patterns.
